Atv/Snowmobile Trail. On Laughing Whitefish River

The Whitefish Lodge sits on several hundred Whitefish River. This sits on 40 acres of beautiful wooded property. The Lodge is located approximately 2.5 miles off Hwy M-28 about 24 miles West of Munising, MI and 20 miles East of Marquette, MI. Just 1.5 miles from snowmobile/ATV trail 417. You can easily access the trail with your snowmobile or ATV from the Lodge. Trail 417 in the wintertime will bring you to Marquette or Munising. Come stay at this peaceful cabin located on the Laughing Whitefish River! It is a great spot to experience all that the beautiful Upper Peninsula has to offer. Cabin is located between Marquette and Munising, two beautiful destinations with much to see and do. The cabin is less than a mile away from designated ORV and snowmobile trails where you can access the trails within minutes. It is also within miles from local boat launches to access beautiful Lake Superior and enjoy all it has to offer.

Tonella Farms offers a very private setting and guest suite at a newly established farm. Located 20 miles from Marquette and 30 miles from Munising and Pictured Rocks. Surrounded by forest that is open to recreational activities right out the door (hiking, biking, bird watching, x-country skiing). Only minutes away from Laughing Whitefish Falls and Eben Ice Caves. Snowmobile trail #8 is an easy 1.5 miles south along Dukes Rd, 6 miles on trail to gas in Rumely, plenty of space for trailers.

Woodland retreat 9 miles from downtown Marquette

This cozy, 2 bedroom apartment is situated on our quiet 30 acre property 9 miles from downtown Marquette and 45 min from Pictured Rocks in Munising. The apartment is separate from our home. The apartment is above our barn, one flight of stairs. We have frontage on Big Creek which connects to gorgeous Lake Superior. We have kayaked and fished from our spot to the big lake. You will think of this 3 bedroom 2 bath house on the lake as your home away from home. Summer brings water sports, grilling and eating on the deck and enjoying sunsets over the lake. Winter months include accessing snowmobile trails from your front door, nearby downhill and cross country ski venues and snowshoeing. Curl up by a crackling fire at days end. Spring brings day trips to beautiful waterfalls. Fall brings hunting to mind. Plenty of wooded areas for bird and deer hunting.

Chocolay River Cabin

Small hand hewn log cabin on Chocolay River. Good fishing, approximately 5 miles from snowmobile and ORV trails. Full kitchen. 1 BR (Q), Full sofa sleeper and 1 bath. Outdoor electric sauna. A fire pit. Washer/dryer. Basic amenities. Full kitchen. There is WiFi but cell service can be very sketchy. Texting does seem to work ok. We do have a cell phone booster there but it still isn’t great. If you need to make a call you can drive about 1 mile out to US 41 and service is good.

A peaceful and quiet off-grid cabin tucked into the Northwoods. 🌿Newly built rustic cabin tucked into 40 Acres of woods located 17 miles north of Marquette.
