The exclusive old building apartment is 80 m², it is very sunny and bright. It is located in the city center in an absolutely quiet location. From the bedrooms you can look over a river, through trees to the imposing mountains of the Northern Range. The kitchen and living room are south-facing and very sunny. In the immediate vicinity is a beautiful park. Within walking distance are: 5 minutes / large shopping center 10 minutes / main train station 15 min / historic old town

In winter you can enjoy Skiing, sledging and many more activities. Furthermore, the apartment holds traditional Tyrolean furniture, which makes the place very cozy.
