Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa majapaikassa. Rauhallinen pihapiiri, josta hyvät kulkuyhteydet Rukakeskukseen tai Kuusamoon. Mökkin vierestä kulkee talvisin ski-bussi, pysäkki tontin vieressä. Mökin pihalta pääsee hiihtoladulle kuin kelkkailemaan. Kesäisin vaellusreitit lähtevät kävelymatkan päästä. Mökissä on runsaasti astioita ja keittiössä on laskutilaa vaativampaankin kokkaamiseen. Alakerrassa on makuuhuone, jossa on oma parvi esimerkiksi perheen pienimmille.

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. Firewood is included in the rent. (in outdoor storage room and/or outside on the back terrace)
