Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

The apartment is located in the Ruka Center. The beautiful one-bedroom apartment is perfect for four people. When the Talvijärvi lift is open you can access the ski slope directly from the apartment. Otherwise, you can get easily to the slopes from the Ruka Center with the new Gondoli-lift. The distance to the Ruka Center and to the slopes and to cross-country ski trails is 100 m. The apartment has beautiful views. The apartment is well equipped and there is a free WiFi. Welcome!

The cottage is well equipped and close to services, but you can still enjoy the peace of nature thanks to the good location of the cottage. Enjoy the outdoor and activity offerings of the Ruka area also during the summer. At the end of the day, you can relax in the peace of the cottage, for example, by enjoying the sauna or the hot tub.
