Attractive house with a newly built heated pool, located in the town of Kaštel Novi, a quiet place for your vacation. There are two apartments in the house. All together there are six bedrooms, four bathrooms and two sofas. In front of the house there is a wonderful warm pool, deck chairs, a sofa set for romantic evenings, and a barbecue. Distances: 2km to the center, restaurants with Dalmatian delicacies, coffee bars, promenades, markets. 3 km to Airport, 8km to Trogir and 18km to Split city.

A spacious outdoor seating area is presented, featuring comfortable sofas adorned with floral cushions. Potted plants and palm foliage enhance the natural beauty, while the stunning sea view serves as a backdrop. An umbrella offers shade, creating an inviting space for relaxation.

Big heated pool 40m2 with hidromassage and BBQgril

Private villa with a heated pool and views of the Bay of Kastel and the archipelago of Split, which is located in Rudine (Kastela). The villa and the gardens are completely closed and private so you can enjoy complete privacy. Far from the crowd, but close. The large heated pool with massage is created for enjoyment. There is a railway line about 150 metres away and the bus stop which is 600 metres away. Split and Trogir is about 20 minutes away by car. The nearby beach is 5 minutes by car.
