We have the opportunity to provide you with something completely different that you have not seen or experienced before. Our idea was to combine traditional and modern, that is, a holiday in the countryside in modern conditions. By staying with us, you will be able to feel the charms of nature, enjoy the fresh air, the chirping of birds, the sunrise and sunset, and enjoy the beautiful landscape.

MARETA III - waterfront

Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

This stone house is located in Rt Veslo, Lustica peninsula. This is not a hotel, but a rustic family home in wild nature. It has its imperfections, which come along with unique atmosphere. There is a small beach one minute walk from the house and also a campsite with a beach and picturesque trails 5 minutes from the house. Nearest market is in Zanjice 7km away, and another one in Radovici 12km from the house. There is no public transport. Taxi from airport is around 25euros.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
