Cosy Woodland Annexe

Our Annexe is a modern, cozy space, with free parking. The annexe is adjoining our home, but guests have their own private entrance. Inside is a spacious lounge, with settee, table and chairs, TV with Netflix and WiFi. We can offer our guests a breakfast of home cooked pastries, just let us know if it is something you would like.There is a seperate good sized, bedroom overlooking the garden,with a double bed and wardrobe. There is modern shower room with toiletries provided.

Accessed via secure metal gates on a long private gravel driveway situated along the route of the original 'Crab and Winkle' railway. The 1st regular steam passenger railway in the world. The property is not visible from the road. The nearest pub is The Hare at Blean situated in Blean and literally a five min drive away.

Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for Canterbury, Whitstable and the coast. We allow one good dog. The room and bathroom has MVHR , which is a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system which keeps the air circulating.
