Hi everyone! We have a beautiful semi-basement apartment for rent. All rooms have daylight. The apartment is in the center of Bierlingen, so some things are within walking distance (pharmacy, Sparkasse, Volksbank, town hall, butcher, bakery, as well as Netto). We offer the apartment fully furnished and equipped. A washing machine/tumble dryer is also available and as good as new. Fresh towels can be found in the closet next to the washing machine. Relaxed living and working in a pleasant atmosphere. The bright apartment (45 square meters) is located in the basement of a modern residential building. Equipped with wooden parquet, underfloor heating and central ventilation. You have a magnificent view of the garden and the Swabian Alps. The house is conveniently located, Tübingen and Reutlingen are a 15-minute drive away, Stuttgart and the exhibition center are a 30-minute drive away.
