Spectacular 6-bedroom house with pool on the beachfront of la Barrosa, 15 minutes away from Chiclana de la Frontera, Cádiz. This 3 floor house it’s fully equipped to offer a comfortable and relaxed stay. The house has two principal accesses and another one in the garage zone. By the entrance, to the left, we can see the living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a Smart TV and a dining area for 8 people.

Independent villa on a 530 m2 plot, with a private saltwater pool and private parking. Gazebo in a well-kept and spacious garden. It has a barbecue and porch in the garden. It has a living room, 3 bedrooms (two equipped with double beds and one with bunk beds). Two full bathrooms (one of them en-suite) and a toilet in the pool area. The guesthouse is located on the same property next to the landlord house, however, a large terrace with pool offers a private separation between the two houses.
