Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Villa vid skogen

With forrest behind, and meadow beside, this is as close to nature you can get and still be near bus stop and food store, 1 & 10 min walks. Yes, you can see the northen ligths, but thats mostly up to weather and luck anyway. In winter, elks may be eating from garden trees, mostly at dusk or dawn. Two extra beds can be supplied, six persons can comfortably live in this large house. This is a home, not a hotel. Please leave it as you found it, clean. Please read the extra house rules first!

Härbret

Det rustika "Härbret" med sovloft bjuder på en mysig vistelse med känsla av att vara nära naturen. Köksdelen har kyl, kaffebryggare och kokplattor. "Kaminrummet" med många fönster har en egen vedeldad kamin som som både värmer och skapar en alldeles egen atmosfär. En toalett (vattenlös sk. Separett) finns i anslutning till Kaminrummet. Dörr från kaminrummet leder till egen uteplats. Duschen finns ute i den vedeldade bastu-vagnen. 520 kr/natt/1 person , sen 190kr/natt för varje extra gäst

Degerberget

Koppla av själv eller med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Eller kanske ett hem för hårt arbetande att bo när arbetsdagen är slut. Njut av naturen utanför dörren. Magisk utsikt över havet, men ändå bara ca 15 minuter från Piteå centrum. Vintertid är det bara att promenera, åka skidor eller skoter ut på isen. För den skridskosugne plogas det även upp en isbana. Sommartid kanske ett dopp i havet lockar? Det finns även en möjlighet för fler personer att bo då sovstugan kan värmas upp.

Perfect chill-out spot with Luleå just a bike ride away. Sleep in comfy beds and have a sauna by the lake. Easy to access by car, free parking. 2 km to supermarket. Trails for running and skiing right by house. Ski/skate/bike rental available. See the nothern lights over the frozen lake - the location and view is stunnning. Wifi 500/500. Welcome!

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Slappna av och mys i detta lugna och välplanerade boende vid havet. Gästhuset är en separat byggnad på ägarens tomt med självhushåll. Här bor du mitt i naturen samtidigt som du når Piteå centrum på 18 minuter med bil. Till E4:an har du endast 4 km och ca 25 minuter till Luleå. Bil rekommenderas. Här kan du ta skogspromenader, göra upp eld vid grillplatsen, plocka bär, åka skidor och skridskor under vinterhalvåret. Här ser man också norrsken ganska ofta! En idyll året runt!

Newly built farm house by the sea and beach with proximity to nature and the fireplace on the beach, use free equipment for cross-country skiing, kick-skating and ice fishing at the cottage. There is an ice road suitable for walking, cross-country skating and kick-skating. Forest paths for walking and picking berries, bathing jetty and sandy beach for swimming. Free access to bicycles, small boat and fishing equipment. Minimum 4 nights for booking unless otherwise agreed.

Koppla av med hela familjen eller som ensam resenär i detta fridfulla boende "Gummans". "Gummans" ligger i ett naturskönt område med öppna åkrar och kor som går på bete. "Gummans" ligger endast 15 minuters bilfärd från Kallax flygplats. Buss till Luleå från E4 (1,3 km från "Gummans"), färre på helger än veckodagar. 5 km till affär. Utmärkta vandringsleder på sommaren och skidspår på vintern i byn. Ralph Lundstensgården med fantastisk mat och fika, finns i centrala Ersnäs.

Nice cottage in a rural setting near the coast

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
