Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old agricultural village with beautiful landscapes, with the cities 25-35 km away! Walking distance to the village's 24/7 grocery store, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village are two fishing lakes with stocked fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and peaceful area with the forest and snowmobile track outside the door. Please respect that you are not renting our part of the garden.

Cozy accommodation with lake view in a scenic area. The house was partially renovated in 2020. On the lower floor, there is a large living room, kitchen, large bathroom and a small toilet. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. New renovated house/ cottage where you can enjoy amazing sea view in the Arctic nature, both on holiday or if you work, is it a wonderful place. About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.  

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Relax with the whole family or as a solo traveler in this peaceful home "Gummans". "Gummans" is located in a scenic area with open fields and cows that graze. "Gummans" is only a 15-minute drive from Kallax airport. Bus to Luleå from E4 (1.3 km from "Gummans"), fewer on weekends than weekdays. 5 km to shops. Excellent hiking trails in summer and ski trails in winter in the village. Ralph Lundstensgården with fantastic food and coffee, is located in central Ersnäs.

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
