Newly built guest house (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå city center (2 km), the hospital, Nolia, several of the soccer fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at Storträsket. The cottage is equipped with WiFi, smart TV, washing machine and A/C. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed (140 cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private balcony with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, there is the possibility to connect to an electric motor heater.

Spacious courtyard house

Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old agricultural village with beautiful landscapes, with the cities 25-35 km away! Walking distance to the village's 24/7 grocery store, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village are two fishing lakes with stocked fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and peaceful area with the forest and snowmobile track outside the door. Please respect that you are not renting our part of the garden.

This charming cottage by the water is the perfect place to relax. Surrounded by beautiful nature and with a spectacular view of the sea, it offers a peaceful and tranquil retreat. Here you can enjoy quiet mornings by the water or watch colorful sunsets – a true oasis beyond the hectic pace of everyday life. The cottage is equipped with a sauna and a wood-burning stove, and for extra comfort there is a fridge/freezer and several heating elements, which makes it possible to visit this place all year round.

The Cube, accommodation on a small island.

On this small island, nature and the sea are in focus. There are no roads or cars, which means that there is a pleasant tranquility on the island. Experience the midnight sun or the northern lights. In summer, the short crossing (400 meters) to the island with a small boat included. In winter, the shuttle is by snowmobile. Nice sea view. Outdoors there is a Jacuzzi that holds 38 degrees year round. There's also a wood-fired sauna. If you are 3 or 4 people, you also live in a separate sleeping cabin.

Private jetty for swimming and fishing in summer and ice fishing in winter. Wood-fired sauna by the lake. Outdoor barbecue area with the possibility to cook on the muurikka.

We offer a modern residence with a nice view of the sea. Balconies with wind protection, sun chairs and dining tables for our guests. You have the beach directly below, quiet and nice. If you walk after the beach 10 minutes, you are at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve. New renovated house/cottage with amazing sea views in the Arctic nature. About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. Private veranda, outdoor furniture, high standard. Fully equipped for self-catering, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine. The location and view is stunning. Welcome! Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Farm with rural location

Enjoy a peaceful stay in an unobstructed location. Rosvik is close to Piteå, Luleå, Boden and Älvsbyn where there are many interesting excursion destinations. Let us know what type of stay you are looking for and we will be happy to help. For those of you with an interest in the Northern Lights (aurora), there are good conditions to see it, there is not much light pollution here. During the Piteå Summer Games in June, there is the possibility to add extra beds.

Nice cottage in a rural setting near the coast

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
