Supermarket and public bus to the O-Bahn and the city are close by. Own driveway, front and back door. Fridge and electric oven. King bedroom with ensuite. Floorboards throughout. Outdoor seating. We are generational owners and a fig tree still stands in the large back yard, often with rainbow lorikeets visiting.
