The distance to the Playmobil Funpark is approximately 1.9km. A bus stop is located at the height of the house, and an S-Bahn station is located in the nearest town ( 1,1 km ). In just 15 minutes you can take the S-Bahn to reach Nuremberg's main station and from there easily by metro the Messe Nürnberg.

The small, old farmhouse with a timber frame is located in Wimpashof, a district of Rosstal with 5 houses. You will live alone in the house. Children are welcome to use the playground equipment in the garden at their own risk. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor are the living room and the bathroom with a separate toilet. A steep staircase leads to the bedroom, which has a double bed and two children's beds (a bunk bed). A baby bed can be provided. Parking is available.

Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Zirndorf, mit Parkplätzen vor der Haustür und guter ÖPNV Anbindung.
