Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed and one with a bunk bed, which is converted into two beds with high-quality mattresses if necessary. The distance to the Playmobil Funpark is approximately 1.9km. A bus stop is located at the height of the house, and an S-Bahn station is located in the nearest town ( 1,1 km ). In just 15 minutes you can take the S-Bahn to reach Nuremberg's main station and from there easily by metro the Messe Nürnberg.

The tiny house overlooking the horse paddock is on our historic farm at the gates of Nuremberg. It has a small kitchen with a 2-burner induction hob, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a small bathroom with a shower and a Trobolo separate toilet (ingenious, no unpleasant odors). The double bed (160 x 200 cm) is accessible via a ladder, and the cozy sofa and fireplace complete the living area. Only outdoor dishwasher/shampoo allowed. Fireplace and fireplace by arrangement.

The small old farmhouse is located in a 5-house district of Rosstal. You live alone in the house. Children can - at their own risk - use the playground equipment in the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor is the living room and the bathroom with separate toilet. Via a steep staircase you reach the bedroom in which there is a double bed and two children's beds (a bunk bed). A baby bed can be provided. Parking is available.
