The great living and dining kitchen, the wonderful balcony, and the small garden are impressive. One parking space is available free of charge on the property. The location is fantastic! A great base for hikes and visits to wine taverns.

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Wachau Getaway

Experience peace and nature in our 60 m² holiday apartment, ideal for couples or small families. It offers a bedroom with king-size bed, living room with sofa bed and Swedish stove, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. The apartment is located above the garage in a separate house with views of the garden and forest. Krems is only 10 minutes away. The overnight stay tax in Lower Austria is € 2.50 per person and night from age 15 and is collected in cash on site

Right in the heart of the beautiful Wachau, we would like to warmly welcome you to this new apartment above the rooftops of Weißenkirchen. Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

Our newly renovated 90 m² house is quietly located close to the Danube and directly on the bike path. Krems can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. The house has a very large living/dining area. A very large bedroom with a double bed and a couch that can be pulled out. There is also a desk in the bedroom. Through the bedroom you can reach the spacious bathroom - including a large rain shower, bathtub, and double sink. The toilet is separate.

The apartment is located directly on the Danube Cycle Path, making it the perfect starting point for a bike ride along the Danube, leisurely walks, hikes along the World Heritage Trail and much more. The modern guest house is located directly on the World Heritage Trail at the foot of the Dürnstein Castle Ruins and is only a 3-minute walk from the center of Dürnstein. The special feature of our guest house is the private terrace with beautiful views of the vineyard opposite, the city wall and the Dürnstein castle ruins.

The winery has a wine tavern (Heuriger) which is open seasonally and leaves hardly any culinary desire unfulfilled. Whether hiking, biking or walking, there is so much to discover in the Wachau World Heritage Site.

Micro house in Krems-Süd

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
