60 m2 apartment located under our home. In the Ardéchoise nature, possibility to park the vehicle in the courtyard. Independence and comfort assured. Pool not covered and not heated, fenced and common open from May to September depending on the climate. Close to shops, municipal swimming pool, rivers, kayaking, canyoning, climbing, horseback riding, fishing, hiking, mushroom foraging, skiing, via ferrata... Plenty of villages to visit. Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "the most beautiful villages of France". Great for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.
