Das ursprünglich als Atelierhaus konzipierte Bungalow wurde 2023 behutsam saniert, wobei die besondere Außen- und Innenarchitektur im Stil der 1950er Jahre erhalten blieb. Das historische Gebäude ist Teil eines Ensembles aus Alt- und Neubau und liegt auf einem großzügigen Südhanggrundstück in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Starnberger See. In the middle of the picturesque Alpine foothills, Lake Starnberg on your doorstep: the perfect starting point for excursions to the nearby mountains, downtown Munich – or just let the soul relax in this extremely cozy wooden house.

Apartment in a vacation paradise

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Kneissl vacation home on Lake Starnberg

The Kneissl vacation home is located on the high bank of Lake Starnberg in Allmannshausen, a rural village, about 30 km from Munich and about 50 km from the mountains. Walk to the natural swimming coves on the lake in 10 minutes, for sure-footed walkers, a path through the adjacent forest. Cycling tours, hikes in the area and the mountains about 25 km away are possible.

Cozy Souterrain in Berg/ Ostufer Starnberger See

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.

Helles Ferienapartment am See

Die helle Ferienwohnung mit großer Sonnenterrasse bietet Ruhe und Komfort, um zwei Personen einen entspannten Aufenthalt am wunderschönen Starnberger See zu bereiten. Der See mit großer Liegewiese und Badebuchten sowie die S-Bahn sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es ein Carport mit privatem Parkplatz.
