Independent accommodation on the 2nd floor (right door) in our Alsatian house dating from 1806-very quiet facing the town hall. Beautiful exposed beams, very romantic mezzanine bedroom overlooking the center of the village & the bell tower. Free high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, TV: & Amazon Prime Video, Netflix. Petit studio d'environ 18m2, situé face au parc Jacquet. Il est équipé d'un lit mezzanine (1 place) avec un canapé-lit juste en dessous (2 places), d’une salle de bain avec WC et d'une petite cuisine ( vaisselle, plaque de cuisson, four micro-onde, frigo….). Il dispose d'une petite dépendance avec un lave linge. Il y a une télévision. Ce logement n’est pas luxueux, mais très fonctionnel. Accès Wifi limité à 40GO par semaine. Idéal pour séjour long : quelques semaines à plusieurs mois.

Studio T&C - Where you feel comfortable!

The studio with its own entrance is located on the basement floor of a house in the "Seidentor" residential complex, with a total of 16 condominiums. It has a large window with overhead and outside light. The studio measures just under 20 m², has a sitting area (with sofa bed), a counter and a large double bed. It also has a wet area with its own shower, sink and toilet. There is no cooking facility, but it has a small fridge, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker.

Die Tramlinie 10 bringt Sie in 26 Minuten in die Basler Innenstadt. In der Umgebung finden Sie mehrere Banken, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, verschiedene Ärzte, Restaurants und vieles mehr.
