Next to Santa Ana Castle and the port of Roquetas where there are pubs and restaurants. In the cellar, there is plenty of room to leave the car and you also have the pool table and a minibar area there. There are no neighbors right next door so you can feel free to play music. The house is fully equipped, ready for you to just enjoy the beach!

Fully renovated apartment with all amenities, very bright and sunny, twenty meters from the beach, with an exceptional location in the Roquetas Urbanization. It has direct promenade access. It consists of a spacious and cozy living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped and open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and terraces. Very quiet development, you can sleep hearing the waves of the sea and a few meters from the area of bars, restaurants and shops.
