In the first room there's the kitchen, while the rest of the apartment is an open space with "bedroom" and "living room" (with a sofa-bed) divided by a huge wardrobe. Living room is completed by a balcony with table and chairs. Washing machine; Fridge; Underfloor heating; Air conditioning; Fiber WiFi. Near best RESTAURANTS and PLACES OF INTEREST. It's around 590ft². 4TH FLOOR. NO LIFT HERE GUYS ;)

Beautiful courtyard apartment set in over 20 acres - the location is just right for relaxing, and eating some of the best food in Italy. If you love mountain biking or hiking this is the perfect spot. We are only 40 minutes from Bologna airport so an excellent location for an overnight stay. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine.

The highlight is its location: in the center of the center: the apartment is located in one of the oldest and fascinating areas of the city, in the center of the most famous food market in Bologna, surrounded by many little bars and restaurants.
