Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

The Little House of Rosemary

Small, typically Piemontese terraced house in a historical village at the foot of the castle of Cerrione in the province of Biella. Fully equipped kitchen and bedroom with panoramic views of a moraine and a greenhouse situated on it. Private entrance and a reserved parking space. Ideal place for outdoor sports and to visit the sites of scenic, historical, and cultural interest of Biella and Canavese. 15 minutes from Lake Viverone, 20 km from Ivrea, 14 km from Biella and 17 km from Santhià.

Bilocale nuovo e totalmente accessibile, perfetto per 2/4 persone. The Mountain Apartment

Relax in this spacious and quiet apartment not far from the city center. Ideal for two people, you will be welcomed by a warm and hospitable environment that will accompany you on your leisure or business trip. The apartment has free condominium parking and is a two-minute drive from the hospital and several sites of interest such as the Piazzo, Burcina Park, and the Pistoletto Foundation. Not far away you can also visit Lake Viverone and the Sanctuary of Oropa.

Various free parking lots adjacent to the plant. Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am but, compatible with availability, solutions can be found tailored for guests.

Ground floor accommodation, for 1 to 4 people, consisting of an open-plan kitchen with the entrance and equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and capsule coffee machine. Double bedroom. A room that can be used as a bedroom because it has a foldaway double bed. Bathroom with shower. Washing machine with ironing board and iron. Free parking, 500 meters from Città Studi, 3 km from the hospital, Burcina Park and Biella center. Quiet condominium.

Flat in the heart of nature - Peace & Relax

Our flat is located in a hamlet of the nearby village, just 8km from Biella. It is part of a renewed farmstead, right in the middle of woods and meadows. The flat is on the ground floor and has its own entrance (separated from the rest of the house). In front of the flat there is a courtyard, with a gazebo and barbecue, where our dog lives (she is very friendly). In the morning you might be awoken by the rooster and hens singing.

Elegant 41 sqm apartment, located in the center of Biella, a few steps from the public gardens, pedestrian street, funicular that leads to Borgo del Piazzo. Free parking in front of the building. For one or two guests, a comfortable double bed in a large room with a 4-door wardrobe. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. but, consistent with current reservations, I can find tailor-made solutions for guests.

In the heart of the city, directly on Via Italia, a lovely apartment with a balcony overlooking the Duomo, convenient to all amenities, ideal for walks in the city center and in the ancient village of Piazzo. A few kilometers away, you can visit the characteristic medieval village of Ricetto di Candelo, the Sanctuary of Oropa and the Burcina Botanical Park.

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
