Located 20 min from the beach and at the foot of the mountain. 20 km from Biarritz, 10 km from Espelette, 5 km from the small train of the Rhune de Sare and in the middle of nature. Lovely Basque family villa in the heart of nature, very sunny at the foot of the mountains. Very nice unobstructed view, quiet in a property with a forest. 5 minutes from the beaches, golf, Rhune train, Ibardin bentas, all amenities. Very easy to access. In the middle of nature and yet so close to the center: a luxury! It benefits from fiber optic internet which allows teleworking if necessary.

Upstairs detached house located at an altitude of 765 meters in the small village of Aas, commune of Les Eaux-Bonnes.
