The house is located on the shore of Lake Baldeggersee with views of the mountains. Hiking, biking, relaxing and enjoying in a rural setting. Within 2-4 km are restaurants, shopping and public transport connections. (We don't have a train station) Thanks to the central location, you can reach the city of Lucerne in 30 minutes + the Rigi or Pilatus railways within an hour by car. The property can accommodate 4 people and is 2 stories. On the upper floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom and shower. On the first floor: kitchen, living room, toilet.

Idyllic apartment on the farm/two floors, with separate entrance and free parking in the middle of nature with views of the mountains. Away from the hustle and bustle right next to a beautiful forest, surrounded by plants, trees and animals, it is the ideal place for those seeking peace and nature lovers. The farm is cultivated! The apartment is brand new and has a high standard of construction. Both house insulation as well as bed contents made of pure sheep's wool contribute to the homely feel-good climate.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Zentralschweiz. Sie haben mit dem Auto nach Luzern 35 Min., Zürich 45 Min., Bern 40 Min. oder Aarau 15 Min. Die Busstation ist direkt vor der Haustüre. In unserem Dorf gibt es sehr gute Restaurant's, unter anderem eine Bäckerei mit frischer Ware . Da wir in einem ruhigen Dorf gelegen sind empfiehlt es sich mit einem Auto zu kommen. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nehmen hier mehr Zeit in Anspruch für eine Reise.
