Former children's room/party cellar "not a 5-star hotel ", functional and good. Non-smokers. Passage kitchen only 1.83 Approximately 1300 meters to the Technik Museum/swimming pool, 1600 meters to the cathedral/city center, lots of greenery, the Rhine and Alter Rhein are close by. A guest said I should mention the Rhine bike path, which is also very nice. I have a lockable garage with electricity for bicycles and motorcycles. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Only suitable for allergy sufferers to a limited extent.

We offer our tiny house, attached to the main house. It has a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a sleeping alcove that can be reached via a ladder and a great view of horses, dogs and an aviary of chickens. The cottage is in the south of Speyer in a COMMERCIAL AREA and can be rented from a minimum of 2 nights are booked. Close to the riverside forest and only 5 minutes by car or 20-30 minutes by foot from the cathedral and the city center. There is a bus stop nearby. Wi-Fi is available, but very, very bad.

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Denkmalgeschützen Jugendstilvilla in direkter Zentrumsnähe der Innenstadt Speyer. Es stehen zwei Parkplätze im Innenhof kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft umgeben von weiteren Villen und denkmalgeschützen Gebäuden wie u.a. Die ehemalige Filzfabrik Hess. Der Wohnort von Friedrich Hess selbst war genau diese Villa.
