Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badezimmer mit moderner Dusche und Badewanne. Wir lieben Tiere und haben daher Hühner, Enten und Katzen auf unserem Grundstück. The apartment at the beginning of a cul-de-sac contains an equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room with sofa bed (can be pulled out for up to 2 people, you sleep on 2 real mattresses) and bathroom with shower. From the balcony you have a direct view of the three armchair. The walk and bike path starts right in front of the house. Parking is available on the premises as well as adjacent to a large hiking parking lot. Note: Not suitable for animal hair allergy sufferers.

The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

Our apartment is located at the gateway to the Bavarian Forest. It is very centrally located and you can also easily reach it by bus and train. Parking is right outside the front door. There is also a terrace, as well as a small garden to relax and barbecue. The apartment is renovated and offers plenty of space. There is a separate bedroom with a french bed. A small room with 1 bed and large closet. The living room with the large sofa bed can be used for sleeping.
