I am Andriana, half Swiss, half Greek and I am your host. Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Poseidonia has 3 bedrooms ( double beds) and a service room on the first floor, one bathroom (bathub) and a large balcony overviewing the Mediterranean. On the ground floor, a second bathroom (shower), a living room and a kitchen. Both are open into a pretty garden planted with lemon and olive trees with its private staircase to the sea.

Α totally independent part of my apartment with his own entrance, is a beautiful, friendly place. The view from the apartment is magical and it's only 2 km from the center, 1 km from Round Road and only 700 m from the main hospital of the city.

My apartment is in a quiet alley in the old town of Nafpaktos, merely some yards from the old Port of Nafpaktos, the Mpotsaris Tower, and Psani Beach. From the balcony, one can enjoy the great sea view and the view of the Venetian Castle of Nafpaktos. The apartment retains the unique character of the architecture of the old town of Nafpaktos.

Στον δρόμο Αργυρά – Σελλά υπάρχουν αρκετές ταβέρνες με πολύ καλο φαγητό. Λοιπές αποστάσεις : 8 χλμ απο το Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πατρών 8,5 χλμ απο την Πανεπιστημιούπολη του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών.
