From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with a train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, the Bavarian Forest and the Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung im Bayerischen Wald Raus aus der Hektik, rein in die Stille. Im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter kuschelig warm. 38 km entfernt v. Regensburg. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. Large forest areas, many streams and ponds as well as green meadows are only some of the beautiful aspects of the area. A stay here is ideal for travellers on their way to Prague or anywhere East.
