This comfortable 2 bedroom upstairs apartment is about two min away from the Peace Trail. For the active ones, you can enjoy biking, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing the creek or river, or a stroll on the path or in the area. There are many things to do in this small village. You'll be about 10 to 15 minutes away from the Town of Beloit as well as the City of Janesville. The apartment you'll be staying in has a spacious living area. I'm sure you will love your stay. Newly renovated very clean one bedroom house. All new bathroom and redone kitchen. Bright and cheery interior with high end comfortable furnishings perfect for reading and relaxing. Pillow-top queen bed with quality linens. Large backyard with furniture and deck. Quiet residential area walking distance to Palmer Park, Ice Age Trail and Rotary Gardens as well as historic Court House Hill and Downtown Janesville. Casual neighborhood eateries within walking distance, fine dining nearby.

Cute and Cozy!

Walk to a great coffee shop & Wi fish fry! Short drive to infamous Ice Age Tr parks pools, pubs, eaterys & more. Mins from clinics hosp & hwy. Great home away from home for trav prof, fam drop ins, extended med stays etc. Partially fenced yard & a garage. It's not fancy but it has all of your needs. May not be the best option for young children. (Definitely better than a hotel without the swimming) Very clean and there's a garage for a vehicle. (No events or guests outside of reservation)

Our 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkongong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.
