Bathroom with shower. 2 spacious terraces, communal swimming pool (July an August open and free to use). Beach within walking distance, in front of the door! Impressive apartment in a villa with a garden just a few steps from the sea. The house offers fine finishes and has all the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant vacation. The garden will be finished shortly. There are three independent spaces in the villa. Each has its own separate entrance and patio, the garden is shared with the rest of the villa. The house is located a few steps from the sea, in front of large beaches with all amenities during the summer period.

The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.

It is not easy to find a place so rich in history and unique in its kind. Liberty style villa with historical cultural link entirely designed and decorated by the Sicilian artist Sebastiano Pennisi who dedicated five years of his life to the decoration of the building. The villa is surrounded by half a hectare of citrus (grapefruit, mandarins, oranges, annone, pomegranates); in the avenue there are eleven palm trees and giant cycas.
