Welcome to Just Plane Cosy! To keep with aircraft tradition, we have named our tiny home “Maiden Seattle”. She is a fully functional off-grid, Eco-friendly, all the mod-cons, super cool, airline themed Tiny Home! We think the first of its kind! Our tiny home sits in a secluded spot on a beautiful farm just outside of Robertson in the beautiful Southern Highlands, only about a 2 hour drive south of Sydney’s CBD. The property has a lovely rainforest stream and resident sheep, alpacas & wombats!

Set on a 350 acre cattle property 10 minutes from Moss Vale you will find this purpose built, luxurious Hampton’s style cottage. With a 2 car connected garage and indoor/outdoor sandstone fireplace, it comprises 2 large king bedrooms each with a walk-in robe and ensuite. There is ducted air conditioning, fully appointed kitchen, open plan living dining, concealed laundry, outdoor dining terrace, swinging seat and BBQ. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 or 5. Wollemi House - in forest and waterways with pool

Escape to your private oasis nestled among beautiful trees and surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery in the Southern Highlands of Robertson. This gorgeous property sits on a sprawling acre of land with a rare Wollemi pine tree in the backyard and a serene creek that winds through the property. With its pool and deck, this tranquil retreat is the perfect place to kick back and relax on warmer days. And when the nights turn chilly, cozy up by the fire pit and gaze up at the stars above.

The Captain’s Cabin

Nestled in our citrus and nut orchard is the 'Captain's Cabin'. A hideaway in your own private section of the garden, with an amazing outdoor bath, ample cooking facilities inside and out, and fire pit, not to mention a comfortable queen bed with natural linen and towels, it's your base for the perfect Kangaroo Valley escape. A 5 minute walk from the village centre and 50m from the cycle and walking path, it's the perfect location too. Coffee machine, record player and provisions included.

Located creekside in a rainforest our Escape Pod (tiny house) is in one of the most beautiful locations the region has to offer. You will feel your worries ebb away while you listen to the natural surrounds, or your fave tunes. What you get up to during the day is totally up to you, go hiking, explore the local beaches, shops, cafés and eateries or simply sit by the fire with a good book and be alone with your thoughts! Your off-grid venture awaits – This is not your normal hotel stay!!

Unique cottage on beautiful farm close to beaches

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Close to beaches, Gerringong and Kiama.

WATERSHED - Robertson

Welcoming country chic interiors with all the mod cons. You will enjoy luxury finishes in this converted machinery shed. Fully insulated, with double glazed windows & doors. There is a wood fire & heaters. The shed is 80+ metres away from the 1880s farmhouse where we live & so you are far enough way to feel that you have the property to yourselves. There are dogs, alpacas, sheep. A wonderful farm stay property, a walk away into Robertson or a very short drive. @watershedrobertson

Relax around the fire pit under the stars after a day of exploring the beautiful Illawarra, with golf, horse races and beaches nearby. The Little House - Pet friendly*/Mid-week special!

While 'house' might be a stretch for this cosy studio-style room, it does have separate facilities. There's a separate "kitchenette", shower and toilet. IT HAS ONE KING SIZE BED and ONE SOFABED. The sofabed is charged at an additional $20/night. The Little House has everything you need for a short stay in The Highlands! * The property welcomes gentle, well socialised pups. The Little House backyard is also shared by my super friendly dog and ewe!

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.
