Πρόκειται για μια άνετη εξοχική οικία, που απέχει μόλις 20 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα και βρίσκεται στον επαρχιακό, παραθαλάσσιο δρόμο μεταξύ Λυγιάς και Βράχου. N e r a d u House is a beautiful old stone ground floor in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in the row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista , Rasalu house and N e ra d u house and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the goal of staying as it was 200 years ago.
