I will welcome our group to my apartment where we will have our interactive cooking class. I will introduce you the program and the grandma traditional receipts that we will cook together: everybody will have his own apron and I will teach you how to cook the following dishes: - tagliatelle - ravioli - orecchiette all rigorously handmady During the preparation everybody will have his own space and ingredients to put in practice what I'll teach, meanwhile I will be glad to share with you the origin of different preparation, with some historical link and show you some tricks how to make a dish a real artwork so that you can be a real italian chef when you will invite your friends at home next time! During the class you will learn also italian names for different ingredients and in a whilw you will became a PASTA expert. Ready for your special meal? We will move to the terrace and we will share PASTA receipts just cooked during the class and we'll finish our convivial dinner with a real italian coffee and some more legend and local tips. We wil made a tour in the vineyard until the top of the hill. there you can see all the langhe hills, and i will talk about the season work into the wineyard. Then we will go into the vinery to learn all the process of vinification adn aging of the wine. And but last but not the least the winetasting! Other things to note is possible take your dog with you if the weather is not good we don't go into the wineyard, just in the winery and winetasting

Ci incontriamo e verificata l'attrezzatura partiamo per qualche chilometro di pedalata sulla pista ciclabile a bordo mare per uscire dal centro di Sanremo. Poco fuori dal centro, passate le magnifiche spiagge sabbiose dei Tre Ponti , si inizia una dolce salita verso il famoso Poggio della Milano-Sanremo. Una breve pausa nella pineta del Santuario della Guardia per un primo scatto suggestivo del golfo di Sanremo e su via verso Ceriana. Passati i caruggi di Poggio la strada prosegue sul crinale ponente fino a che, all'improvviso, come d'incanto, compare il suggestivo borgo di Ceriana. Un borgo molto curato, incastonato nei monti con 22 chiese ed una tradizione culinaria di altissimo livello. Arrivati nel cuore pedonale del borgo ci aspetta una gustosa degustazione di piatti tipici. Un bel giro nel paese scorgendo angoli e particolarità ci portano fino alla "spiaggia" del paese e alla zona dei mulini dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato. Ancora qualche foto agli angoli più caratteristici e si prende il ponticello sul torrente che porta allo sterrato. La strada prosegue tra gli odori degli ulivi in un continuo sali e scendi con pause, a seconda del periodo, dove more, fichi, corbezzoli ed altri frutti spontanei daranno sapore alle pause sul percorso. Usciti dal percorso in località Beusi, la strada è tutta una discesa (con possibilità di qualche singol trail) fino a Bussana. Altre cose da tenere a mente è un giro adatto a tutti anche se non siete professionisti. Vi posso fornire le bici o andare con le vostre se le avete. Si parte alle 9.00 circa. Si può andare tutto l'anno. Vi insegnerò qualche trucco per andare meglio su sterrato.

Varazze is part of the Ligurian Riviera known for its clear waters and for its culinary specialties. The rendezvous will be at 5:30 am at the fishing port. Here you'll meet our crew, afterwards you'll be welcomed on board. We'll give you a brief explanation of the work we are going to do, describing the gillnets, places where we are going to fish, and fishes we are looking for. You can watch the crew in action, while having fisherman's breakfast with hot focaccia and a glass of white wine. Other things to note A few days before setting off, we will get in touch to make sure the weather is safe for us to go out at sea. The time varies depending on the season, and therefore also on the type of fishing. The duration of the experience is just an indication, it can vary based on the catch, the weather etc.

As a guest of a family business which produces extra virgin olive oil of the Taggiasca cultivar (one of the best in the world) you’ll learn how to recognize it and you’ll be able to choose the best oil for your palate! I’ll be waiting for you in the parking lot of the village of Apricale (and I’ll provide you with all the details on how to reach it in the easiest possible way). From here on we’ll cross the lovely village on foot, endorsed as one of “Italy’s most beautiful villages”. Beyond the village, our walk among the olive trees will begin. The path is easy but slightly uphill (it’s possible to go by car along the last section if needed). Together we’ll discover the typical Ligurian terraces known as “fasce”, which were built thanks to the ancient art of the dry walls, recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage craft. Once at the olive grove I’ll tell you about the cultivation of the trees, from the initial pruning until the harvest and then the pressing. In the suggestive location of the olive grove I’ll reveal you the secrets of our job, I’ll make you taste our extra virgin olive oil and I’ll teach you how to recognize its features and differences with olive oils from other locations. Other delicacies from our land won’t be missing from the table, and they’ll make you fall in love with our Riviera.

Visit a beautiful family owned winery on the Liguria di Ponente hills, close to the sea and taste their organic wines such as Pigato, Vermentino, Rossese and Granaccia. For generations the family have preserved their own lands cultivating local products. Located in Bastia on the Albenga plain where they grow herbs, the family farmland runs along the River Arroscia up to Ranzo on the high slopes of Imperia where you will find vineyards and olive groves. The family will welcome you in her beautiful rural house and old cellar. You'll taste 4 different wines paired with local delicacies. The maison is also famous for herbs and oil production. The use of pesticides, fertilizers and suchlike chemical products is not part of our local tradition, so we have just carried on as they did in the past. Organic farming is not a technical or economical choice: it is simply a question of culture.

With this experience I want to offer you an adventure suitable for any level of ability. Once the kayaks are ready, we will visit an area that is not very accessible from the ground where the green of the pines and the blue of the sea meet on a jagged coast, after half an hour of navigation, we will arrive in a bay where we will leave our kayaks to wear masks and take a look at the fish and the wonderful seabed. Dogliani and the Langhe are the homeland of wine, there isn't a better way to welcome you than with a good glass of Dogliani wine! So it's time to get to work. We'll start with a delicious appetizer: vegetable flan with fondue. Then we will prepare handmade pasta combined with a sauce made with the freshest ingredients of the season. We will make tajarin, tagliatelle or maltagliati, served with vegetables, cheese, sausage or mushroom sauces, depending on the seasonal availability. Finally, following the tradition, we will prepare zabaione, the typical egg-based liqueur cream, perfect to combine with cakes and biscuits. After working hard, it will be time to enjoy our dishes in a pleasant friendly lunch. Risalita del torrente Argentina, Ritrovo ad Arma di Taggia dove col furgone attraverseremo il centro storico di Taggia e proseguiremo verso Badalucco, da lì ci tufferemo nelle acque fresche torrente Argentina dove camminando contro corrente, risaliremo attraversando rapide con l aiuto di corde, tuffi da diverse altezze in laghetti che passano dal giallo al verde smeraldo, arrampicheremo piccole pareti di roccia, passeremo in punti dove il verde delle piante spicca ancora di più in contrasto con le rocce rosse della falesia. All'arrivo ci sarà un rinfresco con prodotti di Taggia e rientro in furgone al punto di ritrovo.
