This newly built basement studio for one guest offers you a cozy and clean place to stay in a very quiet, safe and nice area of Rosewood, Saskatoon. There's a private side entrance to the studio and our place is close to parks and 3mins walk to the nearest bus stop. The studio has large windows, free & fast wifi, fridge, microwave, stove, free streetparking and other great amenities. While a partner can visit (NOT TO SLEEP OVER), it is best suited for one guest, due to the size of the studio.

Please note: the rooftop patio is under construction for a roof leak until mid June but is still functional! Just not as beautiful as normal! No work will be done while guests are present!
