Our own private lake where canoe, Lifejackets and paddles are set up for guests to use. Upon arriving I will greet you and help carry in your luggage. I will orientate you with the property and surrounding area. I am always available via texting should you require any assistance, however I try and give guests their privacy so they can completely relax. Located in the heart of Lakeland near Emma and Christopher lake where you have great beaches, restaurant and grocery stores. We are also located near Prince Albert National Park were there are ample opportunities for hiking and exploring. The beaches are a short bike ride away.

Great Location, Close to beach!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place in the heart of Sunnyside. 1/2 block to the best beach on Emma Lake. In walking distance to all amenities including restaurants, mini-golf, groceries, ice cream, golf course and bar. Great outdoors space. Deck with furniture and a BBQ. Kids play house with lots of toys. Great park with playground right across the street. And also a firepit and chairs, along with firewood so you can enjoy evening outside.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space..we have off road parking. Private entrance. Smoke free home. Fenced back yard. 5 blocks from the Victoria Hospital. We are 10 minutes to anywhere (driving) in Prince Albert. And that includes the Little Red River Park. We have one queen bed as well as one double bed for you to choose from. There is wifi, many apps like Prime, Stack, Disney, etc.We have many different games in the cupboard found in the living room.
