You will have the entire loft to yourself with a large deck, bbq and comfy patio furniture to laze the days away. A short walk down the easement brings you to our private beach where our 2 person kayak awaits you. Originally a Victorian era boarding house that was converted into a single family dwelling and is now a bright, downtown duplex. You have the entire ground floor, with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, wifi and cable.
