It is the perfect home-base to explore by hiking and biking the famous hills of Alta Monferrato. Just a short drive from the ancient Roman Aqueducts of Acqui Terme, beautiful rivers and swimming holes, as well as many Vineyards where you can taste local wines.

The hilltop villa is surrounded by a private park and the renovation has just been completed, with the lowest environmental impact and maximum comfort: photovoltaic system, underfloor heating, electric car and bike charging. Our newly renovated apartment, with luxury finishes and furnishings, is located in ACQUI TERME, in a historic building that has belonged to the SCATI family since 1614 and was built on the ruins of a Roman amphitheater, directly overlooking the ancient THERMAL SPRING. It is spacious and comfortable. Being in the historic center of the city, all services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.) are within walking distance.
