Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse
One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

In einer ruhigen Lage in der Natur liegt der Rautnerhof. Der Hof wird mit Passion gepflegt, Tiere und Natur stehen im Mittelpunkt. Außerdem bietet die Lage ein optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, der Teich am Hof eine optimale Abkühlung im Sommer oder Platz zum Eishockey-spielen im Winter und der Stall und die Gehege eine ausgezeichnete Möglichkeit den Tieren etwas näher zu kommen. Das Apartment bietet Platz für vier Personen und einen tollen Blick auf die Dolomiten.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Beautiful apartment furnished in a traditional way to guarantee the true atmosphere of the farm of yesteryear, but with all modern comforts.
