Cozy tiny house in Risør

Cozy tiny house of 32 square meters in beautiful Risør. The house has a kitchen with dining table, bathroom and small livingroom. In the loft there is a double mattress. We recommend stays for 1–2 people. You have a view of both the sea and forest, and the surrounding area has many nice hiking trails. It is about 10 minutes to walk to the beaches at Randvik. The tiny house is quite close to the main house (see photo), but has a private part of the garden with a fire pit that can be used if desired. 20 min to walk to the city center.

Summer house

The house is a cozy little white wooden house in Risør city center. Here you can cuddle up with a coffee on the porch in the morning sun. The house is suitable for any person who likes to combine the sea and the city during the holidays. Shops, restaurants, and cafes are a short walking distance away. You just have to go 180 meters to buy a delicious softie. Up on Urheia, 200 meters from the house, you have the opportunity to swim in fresh water and walk in the forest. At Krana you will have the swimming in the sea and rented kayak.

Large bathroom with double shower. Two fireplaces inside and one outside. Large lush, undisturbed garden with outdoor furniture and gas grill, awnings. Sleeps 8 on 2 floors: 180cm +2x80cmin 3 floors and 150cm +2x80cmin 1 floor, walk-through in two of the rooms. TV, but no internet and TV signals. Stairs. Suitable for family/gangs who like the good life.

Colorful oasis in the white city

A very cozy house located in the middle of Risør but still secluded in a quiet oasis. The house is unique with all the colors and good ambience. It is located in the middle of a staircase which is a thoroughfare between the main street (Kragsgate) and Caspersens gate. The house is from 1861, but renovated by skilled local artisans in 2019 with convenient room sharing and all amenities needed in a modern residence. Still, the soul of the house is kept, which makes it a great place to spend the days!

The property lies just a few meters from the sea, with public swimming area Gustavs Point just below and a lovely southern view towards the historic Stangholmen Lighthouse. Professionally cleaned. Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

This is a cozy house that is just big enough to create unique memories from summer, sea, archipelago and Sørland. The house is located in a small garden in a small, coastal cluster at Gjeving between Risør and Tvedestrand, with Lyngør and Raet National Park a short boat ride away.
