It is 400 meters from Tartaruga Beach (the most beautiful sunset in the city) and close to commerce (supermarket, bakery, snack bar, greengrocer). Easy access to public transportation. The property is located in one of the most upscale areas of the city, a quiet place where you can wake up to the sound of birds singing and a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
