Close to all amenities, quiet, on the ground floor, this apartment is located in an old building steeped in history.

Let yourself be seduced by this charming 70 m² cozy and cocooning house that can accommodate 4 people. Its renovation and decoration have been very neat so you can have a pleasant stay. The house has a large covered terrace with dining and relaxation areas, overlooking a 350 m² enclosed garden. Close to all amenities. Close to the greenway that runs along the canal and takes you to the aqueduct bridge for beautiful walks. Small enclosed courtyard to store your bikes.

Maison Le Garochet Gîte Écurie - Hot Tub Pool

Cottage with pool and Nordic bath. This cottage was a stable completely transformed into a cottage. From the kitchen and dining room you have a view of the Arroux and Loire valleys. On the horizon, you can see the Massif Central. The cottage is located on a 4-hectare natural estate (Maison Le Garochet). You have access to the pool and Nordic bath (to share with our second cottage during the summer). In the area, many relaxation areas have been created.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Digoin, 1 km from the Voie Verte and 10 km from Paray-le-Monial. Suitable for walking, cycling, close to the canal of the river activity center, Spacious it is ideal for 6 people (couple and children). Its balcony and courtyard will make your time pleasant. Claudine and Christian are happy to offer you breakfast (homemade jam and brioche). No extra charge for child occupying the crib.

Right in the center of Digoin, Le Clos Digoinais, a renovated 50 m2 single-storey apartment with 25 m2 terrace, is perfect for families, couples and friends. Although located in the town center, Le Clos Digoinais lives up to its name: with its own entrance and 1000m² of enclosed, flower-filled parkland. A private parking lot provides secure parking for your vehicles. It's a cosy little nest close to the city that awaits you!

The Authentic Host

Independent and elegant 48 m² studio in a detached house, accommodating 2 people. It is equipped with a kitchenette, bedroom, office area, sitting area with TV and separate bathroom and toilet (baby cot and armchair on request). A relaxation area to discover ;) Bath towels and bed linen are included in the price. The accommodation also has a courtyard for parking and a private garden (garden table, ping pong table).

Authentic 6-person vacation home. Splendid view.

This is our newest 3 bedroom gite on the property. The kitchen is fully functional and spacious. Two cooking induction rings are in function. You will also find a dishwasher and a coffee machine + a water boiler. The living room has basic yet comfortable furniture. The gite includes a private entrance and a garden. The swimming pool and terrain are shared with other guests. The property is not baby/child proof.

Recently renovated house attached to the main house, close to hiking trails between Bourbon Lancy (spa, Celto), Paray le Monial (basilica) and Digoin (boat ride on the canal), the pal 36 km away. Moments of relaxation and discoveries of local heritage. Peaceful place where you can recharge your batteries. In front of our house, a bakery. Grocery store nearby.
