Guests love the privacy they desire: guest bedroom, adjacent private bathroom, private entrance, all on the guests’ side, which is off-limit to the host. Shared Kitchen in the middle with curtains on each end to enhance quiet enjoyment and privacy on both sides. Bistro table in kitchen for your exclusive use for meals and hang out. Cozy private room with its own entrance in a shared 2BR apartment. Full-size Murphy bed for 1–2 guests, folds away to create space. 5 min walk to L & M trains, 20 min to Manhattan. Laundromat, supermarket & pharmacy on the block. Lots of cafes, bars, art & nightlife spots around. Shared bath and kitchen — please keep tidy. No smoking inside. The cat is currently away, but there is a dog in the apartment, just as lovely as the cat. Enjoy your stay!
