Our house is 2 story/we live upstairs in a quiet neighborhood of Richmond/El Sob area. We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. Complete private cottage set in a garden, mountain views from the glass door and windows . Private entrance and very quiet. Off street parking. New modern open space, awesome natural light, super cozy with a luxurious king size bed. Sweet patio to enjoy a beverage of choice and watch the sunset on our beautiful Mt Burdell Close to shops, miles of trails for hiking and biking. About 30 mins to San Francisco, the wine country and beaches. Close to train and buss with access to the S.F. Ferry.

This unique, well equipped, 1 Bed cute little studio (that we love) is detached and fenced off from our main house. It has a separate entrance through a side gate and it's own private rear deck, with a seating and dining area... that overlooks Sausal Creek and Dimond Park. The tall willow that grows along the creek gives the deck the perfect amount of privacy and with the tranquil sound of the creek flowing (not during dry season) you would almost forget you are in an urban city.
