Quiet and reserved area. Private road spot with direct access to the public beach. Actual distance about 100 meters from the sea. Large outdoor veranda shared with another apartment on the same floor but delimited so that each apartment has its own large portion of veranda equipped with seats and umbrella. Possibility of setting up a partition to ensure greater privacy.
