The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.

It's a beautiful site surrounded by forest and vineyards with the river beach a 3-minute walk away. It is an area very well connected with places that you want to know and visit. Very quiet area where we can hardly hear the boats that go out and in which the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience.
