Wohnen im alten Dorf-Schulhaus

Unser historisches Schulgebäude mit wunderbar hohen Decken und seinen dicken Sandsteinwänden, bietet viel Platz (etwa 130 Quadratmeter) für bis zu vier Personen. Es wurde bis 2013 von uns liebevoll ökologisch saniert. Unten gibt es eine große Wohnküche, oben ein gemütliches kleines Schlafzimmer und ein großes Atelier, was gerne auch von künstlerisch ambitionierten Gästen genutzt werden darf. Von Gräfenhausen kann man mit dem Mountainbike oder zu Fuß direkt in den Pfälzerwald. Auch der nächste Kletterfelsen ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Im Dorf gibt es eine kleine Gaststätte mit Dorfladen und eine Bäckerei (beides direkt gegenüber des Hauses).

JH), mit künstlerischem Flair, mitten in Neustadt, in ruhiger Seitenstraße gelegen, mit 2 DZ, 1 EZ, Wohnesszimmer mit Küche, 4 Duschbädern, 2 Terrassen und Balkon, besonders geeignet für Freunde, die im gemeinsamen Urlaub einen privaten Bereich haben möchten: wie ein eigenes Bad und eine eigene Etage. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine nostalgische Stuckdecke, das ganze Haus hat (teils renovierte alte) Holzböden. Die im Wechsel ausgestellten Gemälde sind käuflich.

Piccolo appartamentino di 40 mq circa, accogliente e confortevole. Ottimo per 2 persone. Capace di ospitarne fino a 3, se è un bambino anche 4. Situato al pianoterra della mia casa con ingresso indipendente e posto macchina. Kleines Appartement, ca. 40 qm, gemütlich und komfortabel. Es ist sehr gut geeignet für 2 Personen, jedoch können dort bis zu 3 oder 4(ein Kind) Personen wohnen. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss von meinem Haus mit eigener Eingangstür und Parkplatz.
