Independent, quiet and comfortable accommodation, with an infrared sauna. The Loire by bike and the Vélodyssée pass by. Garden view facing south. A quiet, green and nice neighborhood! Located 15 minutes from Nantes airport, 25 minutes from the sea. This large 26 m2 bedroom (on the ground floor) includes an infrared sauna, double bed, sofa bed, equipped kitchen, small bathroom and 2 m2 toilet. NO TV! Sheets and towels are provided. The mezzanine bedroom offers a bright workspace. Tram station 150m away. Airport 5 minutes by car. Parking place. TV. WiFi We can come, depending on our availability, pick you up or drive you to the airport (15 euros).

5 min from Zenith and 15 min from the city center! This bright and pleasant cottage can accommodate up to 4 people, so it has a queen bed and a quality sofa bed. Its hanging net will draw you into its meshes and its outdoor space will allow you to spend beautiful sunny evenings.
