A nice little cottage "Sunnukot" which is a renovated studio near a private house in a quiet area by the sea. It is located in the town of Kópavogur next to the capital Reykjavík which is easily accessible by bus. The first bus stop is just situated in the street above, few minutes walk away. It takes only 10 minutes to get to Reykjavík center by car. Fully equipped kitchen and good dining area. Private bathroom with a shower. All linen and towels are provided. Supermarkets are close by.

Bright and beautiful cottage which is very well located or in a golden circle and only 20 minutes drive from Reykjavik central. The environment is very beautiful and can be enjoyed in many hike trail around the surrounding area. In Only a half hour walk is up to a very beautiful waterfall called Helgufoss. There is also a lot of experiences that can be accessed here in the area such as horse riding, electric biking and hiking.

A 120 year old former stable and then recording studio in downtown Reykjavik. Completely renovated and converted to a guesthouse 5 years ago. Overlooks a beautiful quiet garden. Ideally located with all the best restaurants, cafes and shops within a 200 m radius. All appliances, dryer and washer, dishwasher.
