Quiet stone house near Plakias

Perfect retreat for peace & tranquility, tucked away in the south of Rethymno countryside, with easy access to lovely beaches, archeological sites, the beach town of Plakias. Great for walkers and animal lovers, this accommodation is part of a former "Kafenion", situated in the heart of a traditional Cretan village in the hills. Nearby is the pretty and bustling town of Spili, with its tavernas, shops, bank and post office. Prices from €35 (spring and autumn) to €40 including a basic breakfast. Loving dogs and cats is essential, if you wish to stay here, as I have 3 dogs, several cats and often foster puppies. . Having a car is also necessary.
