Casa Bonita

Wonderful newly renovated house with a unique and special layout. It has two terraces overlooking the Alcazaba from which you can enjoy breakfast, dinner or just a pleasant time reading or chatting. The house has a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, a bedroom with an interior patio on the middle floor, a bathroom and bedroom with a terrace on the first floor, and a solarium with incredible views of the entire Alcazaba on the top floor. Beautiful, fully equipped and comfortable.

Ground floor apartment with an 80m2 open living room, comfortable, simple, and beautiful. It has a 1.40x2.00 double bed, 2X 0.90x2.00 and a comfortable double sofa bed. It can comfortably accommodate 5-6 people. Parking will never be a problem and it's free. Just 15 minutes from the beach! Ideally located on the beachfront with a great private terrace (100 sq m). Enjoy a great sandy beach over 2 Km long, right outside the apartment.
