Exploring your hosting tools

The Airbnb app makes it easy to manage your home and help grow your business. You’ll find your hosting tools organized into these 5 tabs when you’re logged in as a host.

The Today tab is what you see when you open the app. You can view reservation details at a glance to help plan your day and provide exceptional hospitality.

• Switch between views of current and upcoming reservations to get to know who you’re hosting and when.
• Add notes to yourself on reservations, such as reminders about special occasions or requests.
• Get tips on what to do for each reservation, like asking guests how things are going or reading a review.

The Calendar is where you review and change your availability and pricing.

• Adjust your availability and pricing settings, like minimum nights and discounts.
• Open dates for guests to book and block nights you can’t host.
• View nightly price tips, which are based on factors like your listing’s location and amenities, your past bookings, and the latest prices in your area.

The Listings tab helps you manage the details of your listing. Use these tools to help attract bookings and give guests the most accurate and complete picture of your place.

• Update your listing, including adding high-quality photos and a detailed arrival guide.
• Add all amenities you offer, including accessibility features.
• View your listing to see how it appears to guests.

The Messages tab helps you connect with guests before, during, and after their stay.

• Easily respond to guests using quick replies—customizable templates you can send right away or schedule to be sent at key moments.
• Share photos to introduce yourself and highlight important details, and add videos to help guests understand your place.
• Review booking requests, including details like trip dates and number of guests.
• Provide recommendations for the best things to see, do, and eat in your area.

The Menu gives you access to your earnings, insights, and other settings. You’ll get personalized tips and resources to help grow your hosting business.

• View your earnings and create custom reports in the earnings dashboard.
• Explore guest ratings and reviews in the insights section.
• Manage your account settings and find hosting resources.
