Small nice lake cottage with optimal location in central Vaxholm with just a few meters to the water. A room with a double bed (180cm) for 2 people with high sleeping comfort, 2 comfortable armchairs and a table with 2 chairs. In addition, a hall, toilet with shower, mini kitchen with seating as well as a private patio at the back of the house. The location is excellent for those who want to tourist in Stockholm and the archipelago. About 3 minutes walk to Vaxholm center with restaurants, shops and bus and boat transport. Bus to Stockholm about 35 minutes.

Train station is in about 10-15 min walking distance. It takes 35 min by train into Stockholm. With car, it takes about 30-35 min. Free parking. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with combined washing machine and dryer. Double bed in bedroom. Sofa bed for two in living room.

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.
